The graphic design of the installations at the Allee Shopping Center in Budapest was based on the works of renowned 20th century hungarian painters. The three selected artists were József Rippl-Rónai, Adolf Fényes and Vilmos Aba-Novák, and I drew from their paintings in terms of motifs or use of color. In the case of József Rippl-Rónai, these works are 'Csendélet narancsokkal' and 'Szőlős csendélet', in the case of Adolf Fényes, 'Mákoskalács' and 'Kugler sütemények', and Vilmos Aba-Novák's paintings are the 'Szolnoki vásár' and the 'Piac'. I tried to choose a work of art according to the subject of the given gastronomy and shopping, and to add additional elements related to our world today to the motifs appearing in these works, if the theme allowed it. The finished graphics were created in a clean, geometric design world, harmonizing with the atmosphere of the shopping center.
